We have operated in the country in the fields of agriculture and female entrepreneurship, contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of the Togolese population through the development of some strategic sectors for the affirmation of the right to food and food sovereignty, with particular attention to the involvement of women in the tomato production chain.

Tomatogo (2012 - 2015)

  • Results: strengthened the technical and productive capacities of the young women of the region through training, promoted a productivity that meets criteria of efficiency, hygiene and quality, improving the organization of the production chain, often weak and insufficient, guaranteed access to microcredit through the creation of specific financial products suitable for the activity, improved access to the agro-food market by the female population, promoted gender equality, reinforcing the role of women in Togolese society, strengthening interactions between agricultural producers and transformation unit, generating real tomato transformation professionals able to market a quality product
